I have been invited to give a talk commemorating the 500th anniversary of the Cortesian map of Mexico-Tenochtitlan, originally published in Nuremberg in 1524, at USP.

This presentation draws from my forthcoming article, “Tenochtitlan Imagined: New Hypotheses on the Nuremberg Map,” which will appear in the Latin American and Latinx Visual Culture journal this October.
